| Articulo: ¿Cuántos días de vacaciones tienes? En la empresa donde trabajo, sólo tenemos 20 días de tiempo de vacaciones cada año. En el país donde yo trabajo, esto ya se considera superior a la media, aunque en comparación con otros países, todavía queda mucho que desear. En realidad no es que gran parte de un problema de todos modos porque un montón de gente aquí no usa ni la mitad de su tiempo de vacaciones pagadas. Es una lástima, porque los días de vacaciones en mi empresa no se puede convertir en dinero en efectivo, mientras que pueden ser acumulados hasta 40 días en cualquier año dado.Leer el articulo completo aqui: |
