Los servicios de transporte son regulares

aparte de contar con varios vuelos diarios a Miami y Caracas cuenta con tres puertos y dos ferry uno rápido con un viaje de dos horas y el otro que demora cuatro horas.

Hay rutas bien pavimentadas para el transporte carretero y autopistas pero en la zona rural los caminos no están pavimentados y son malos.
